Terms and Conditions of Booking

Booking Confirmation:

Please confirm your booking as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Note that inquiries alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Deposits and Payments:

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking. The full balance must be settled prior to or on the day of the event. We accept payments via cash or direct deposit.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy:

Liability Disclaimer:

Leap Frogs Action Sports & Games holds public liability insurance up to $20 million. Despite this, we are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event due to
Participants and guests are expected to follow all instructions and use equipment appropriately. Misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines absolves Leap Frogs Action Sports & Games of any liability.

Swimming Pool Activities:

Only competent swimmers are allowed to participate in swimming pool activities. Non-swimmers are prohibited from entering the pool. We are not liable for any injuries or fatalities to non-swimmers or attendees not participating in the event.

General Conditions:

All activities are participated in at the attendee’s own risk. The service provider assumes no liability for any events, acts, or omissions that occur post-service provision.
